A series of classes designed for students new to Yoga and/or new to the Iyengar method. Basic standing and other fundamental poses are introduced.
Series are in 6-week sessions.
No drop ins for students who have not previously taken Iyengar Method Yoga classes. You must sign up for a series. After completing the Intro to Asana Series, you may retake the series or you may move on to the Beginning/Continuing level.

Fee $72 for each series
Registration closes after 2nd week of session.
Please bring to class shorts or footless tight, bare feet and empty stomach. No baggy pants and perfumes.
No carry-over of fees or classes from month to month. Missed classes may be made up on another day during the six-week sequence.
