Laura Lundy

Laura started taking Yoga classes years ago as an antidote to a high-stress job working with emotionally disturbed inner-city kids. Yoga has helped her maintain her equilibrium in a high pressure situation. She apprenticed at Yoga Circle in Chicago and has attended many workshops and teacher trainings.

Although Yoga can be hard work, the joy of practice keeps her at it year after year. Laura thinks Yoga can be fun and tries to pass that on to her students.

Alison Larkin

I have been practicing yoga since the mid 90’s. and have taught since 2002. I've received certification from Moksha Yoga and Prairie Yoga. I am an R.N. and Ayurvedic practitioner certified by Kanyakumari. Yoga has always met me where I am at and has taught me much about embracing where I am at with love and compassion but with an openness to grow and meet the challenges of life. I enjoy sharing my love for yoga and for people through teaching. I have a multi-style teaching approach and enjoy sharing and incorporating teaching from several masters.

Connie Zdenek

Laughter and work are what Connie likes to bring to her traditional Hatha Yoga classes. A graduate of the teacher training program at the Temple of Kriya Yoga in Chicago, Connie began her Yoga practice in Tucson, Arizona, just taking park district classes. Though she was enthusiastic immediately, it was years before Yoga assumed a prominent place in her life.

Her classes include a variety of asanas, and she continues her Yoga studies at workshops with Kim Schwartz, Mary Samano, Kari Tomashik and William Hunt.
