Sidney has studied Tai Chi Chuan for over thirty years. He began with temple style under Masters Waysun Liao and Domingo tui. His studies continued under Dr. Shi Cun Wu, learning Qi Gong, Tai Chi, Kung Fu and Chinese medicine. His studies continue today with Master Geiorge Hu Ling.

Using the ancient traditions of Himalayan masters and the Yoga Sutras to lead a more balanced life.
