Contact the Instructor directly for registration and additional information. Kathleen Wright (708) 989-1329 You may start your classes anytime. Notify the teacher that you intend to come. Do not eat before your Yoga class for at least 1 hour. Wear comfortable clothing, a tee shirt and shorts or leggings are good. Please be prepared to have bare feet. Arrive 10 minutes early for check-in and set-up. You may enter on Brewster Avenue or from the parking lot in the back of the building. Cash or checks accepted for payment. Scholarships available.
