The trainings we offer are open to everyone with a desire to learn. They are a perfect complement to those already engaged in health or healing professions; such as doctors, nurses, chiropractors, massage therapists, yoga teachers, psychologists, mothers, fathers, dieticians, and others. Ayurveda is for all!
The Ayurvedic training programs at Bhavana Institute are designed to systematically introduce students to the philosophy and practices of Ayurveda and to help them integrate these practices into their lives. Specifically designed for working adults and busy householders, the programs meet for 16 hours one weekend a month for 10 months.
